Sustainability reimagined: Our new solution for clay wall constructions makes it possible for the first time to safely integrate fire dampers into other ecological construction methods. Installation in walls with clay panels is now possible for the first time with our fire dampers, FR90 and FK90. This solution enables sustainable fire protection for future-oriented construction projects.

Clay panels offer numerous advantages, including:

• Ecologically and biologically harmless, compostable and 100% recyclable
• Very good noise protection, sound reduction index up to 56 dB possible
• High humidity regulation and pollutant absorption
• Not combustible and free of emissions according to DIN EN 13501-1

The application is particularly suitable for the interior finishing of timber and solid houses as well as listed buildings. The simple assembly, which does not require any complex bonding or levelling layers, saves valuable time and resources. This solution combines maximum safety with environmentally friendly materials while supporting a healthy indoor climate.

The new VR1-N volumetric flow controller with a pressure range of 30 Pa - 600 Pa has been specially optimised for *low pressures and small volumetric flows in response to the requirements of our customers and the energy regulations on the market.

The VR1-N is suitable for the control of supply air and extract air in circular air ducts of ventilation and air-conditioning systems. It works without external energy and automatically keeps the set volume flow constant at variable pressures, with an excellent control accuracy of ± 10 % of the set volume flow.

The adjustment of the volumetric flow is infinitely variable and can be carried out very easily with one hand.

With its wide flow rate range of 30 m3/h - 2300 m3/h, a large selection of nominal sizes from CN80 - DN315 and a very large temperature window from -20 °C to +70 °C (even up to 90 °C for short periods), the VR1-N flow rate controller can be used in a variety of applications.
