Static flow regulating valve

• Temperature range: -10-120°C (briefly 130°C, DN250-500 to 200°C)
• Material: grey cast iron (EN-JL1040)

• Non-rising handwheel with travel limiter and digital display (DN250-500 travel indicator)
• DN250-500 with V-port plug, seat-guided over the entire stroke
• Integrated pressure gauges as standard, located on the flanges.

Dynamic flow limiter – for automatic hydraulic balancing of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems

• Nominal sizes: DN50-800
• Pressure ratings: PN16/25
• Temperature range: -10-110°C
• Material: ductile iron (EN-JS1030)
• Maximum energy savings by limiting the flow regardless of the differential pressure over the valve – thanks to integrated automatic inserts (avoidance of oversupply)
• Cost and energy savings thanks to easy-to-insulate wafer type with a compact overall length of 170mm of all nominal sizes.
• Reduction of operating costs and setting security through firmly defined limitation of the volume flow (no manual readjustment, no complicated installation since inserts are set in the factory)

ASTRA® DC

Pressure independent control valve

• Nominal sizes: DN50-150
• Pressure ratings: PN16/25
• Temperature range: 0-120°C
• Material: grey cast iron (EN-JL1040) / nodular iron (EN-JS1024)

• Consists of an adjustable volume flow controller, a differential pressure controller and a modulating control valve - for maximum energy efficiency under changing conditions (with electric actuator or handwheel)
• Perfect control of the system through fully modulating control with full valve authority and maximized ΔT - regardless of any fluctuations in the systems differential pressure
• Cost savings as no additional control valves are required in the system (reduction in the total number of valves due to the combined 3-in-1 design)
