One of its greatest strengths is the speed: it is possible to automatically trim 2700 pieces/hour, +30% increase over the previous hydraulic versions.
In addition, the robot and the trimming press have been fully integrated, allowing the cycle time to be reduced to a minimum.

The IA-Pocket is a compact warehouse with a modular structure. There are a total of 24 trays (12+12) for loading and unloading the workpieces, which are palletised in fixed positions.
The warehouse has two operator accesses that can be reached in total safety: one for loading trays with unmachined parts and the other for unloading the trays with machined parts. The main advantage of this solution is that it has a compact structure and therefore takes up little space and is also highly flexible: it is possible to process different types of parts, in both small and large quantities, but above all it guarantees high buffer times, since each tray moves automatically to position itself in the working area of the robot.
