Description

SOLINK combines the high efficiency of ground source heat pumps with the advantages of air heat pumps. Silent operation and flexible use on roofs or facades make the collector attractive as an energy source for electricity and heat. SOLINK was specially developed for heat pumps. Coupling with geothermal probes is not necessary due to the high efficiency heat exchange with double use of the roof area. This creates systems with a completely renewable energy supply and low operating costs.

Double use of the roof space and 10 times the heat exchanger surface area.

The area of the roof can usually be used only once for electrcity or heat production. With SOLINK, on the underside of the XL 2 m2 PV module, a special air heat exchanger with a surface area of 20 m2 ensures high power production and simultaneous utilization of the module waste heat. This means that the entire heat requirement is directly covered and the total annual electricity demand is produced. The large surface area heat exchanger makes this possible on a much smaller roof area compared to other PVT collectors.

Silent operation

SOLINK works without the usual fans and an outdoor unit. In comparison to an air source heat pump the outside can be enjoyed in peace.

Highest efficiency without a ground array

So far, a ground array of either bore hole or horizontal pipes had to be laid for low power consumption. SOLINK can do without. In most cases, roof or possibly facade surfaces are sufficient. With similar investment costs, a higher return is given.

7% increase in performance, quality and service life

The large air heat exchanger reduces the module temperature compared to standard PV modules with and without heat pump operation. Approximately 7 - 10% higher output yield and a reduced maximum module temperature lead to a long service life. SOLINK has been tried and tested since the winter of 2016/17 and is based on a precursor development that has been in use since 2014.

Vacuum tube collectors for versatile applications

With the two new tube collectors TUBO II C with reflectors and TUBO II T without reflectors, a versatile range of applications are possible. While the TUBO II C is usually used for pitched roof and flat-roof systems, the TUBO II T is usually used for facade mounting or horizontal mounting on flat roofs, its main application area. Due to their symmetrical design, both types can also be mounted in landscape, For example on balconies.

The small module size is suitable for horizontal, vertical, roof-mounted, flat-roof and frame mounting. The TUBO II impresses with its extraordinary design and is one of the lowest profile tube collectors on the market. Giving an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

Maximum energy savings thanks to the high collector yield

Thanks to the TUBO II C and TUBO II T, a high thermal efficiency can be achieved even in the winter half of the year. The vacuum between the tubes gives excellent insulation. This is the main reason for the 20 % – 40 % higher efficiency compared to flat plate collectors. In addition, the light beams are concentrated in the TUBO II C via parabolic reflectors. Thus, even with relatively small collector areas, high gains can be achieved.

Quality and durability

Over 20 years of practical experience are woven in the TUBO II. The used materials are chosen for a long service life. The underslung manifold provides essential advantages: Condensation, which forms in certain weather conditions, can run out of the tube. As a result, the tube can not burst during freezing. In addition this leads to an increased service life of the antifreeze and to particularly low heat losses.

Environment

The frameless, flat design of the collector minimises elaborate material use and thus energy for production. Double glassed vacuum tubes efficiently replace unnecessary insulation.

Universal heating and solar controller with internet access

The CONTROL 602 and 702 are state-of-the-art system controllers that set standards. They have been designed with a series of functions for the particularly energy-saving operation of heating and solar systems.

The standard LAN interface of CONTROL 602 and 702 allows easy remote access to your system via the Internet. Using PC browsers, tablets or iPhone / smartphone devices, the current temperatures and values ​​can be recorded, displayed in curves and changed directly. For example, the heater can be activated remotely. You can get a daily report z. B. to send the yield of your system by e-mail. Likewise, the CONTROL 602 and CONTROL 702 can send e-mails, faxes or SMS via the portal to you or your installation company in case of maintenance or fault. Thus, a simple remote diagnosis is possible and maintenance costs can be reduced. In the first year, the use of the portal is free.


Old and new boiler / spa

For existing and new boiler and heating systems, whether gas, oil, biomass or heat pump, the control is possible due to the particularly large range of functions in most cases. Many boilers can also be operated modulating.
Energy and yield measurement

Energy consumption can be measured by measuring solar yields and connecting up to three external heat meters. Thus, the savings by the solar system, the hot water consumption and the consumption of heating circuits can be easily determined. You also keep track of your costs. Depending on the use of the other functions, this function is available.
Datalogger and updates via SD card

Not only data from the system as a datalogger can be continuously recorded over many years via an SD card. In addition, it is also possible to save and load the configuration or to update the operating system.
Remote control unit TR-CONTROL-TOUCH

Optional Room Thermostat and Remote Control Unit TR-CONTROL-TOUCH With the TR-CONTROL-TOUCH, besides the normal function of a room thermostat on a touchscreen, you get the main functions and the overview of the most important operating conditions as well as the temperatures in your living room.

SOLUS II: Highest Energy Savings on Hot Water and Heating

Product description

Through its patented construction SOLUS II guarantees quick and high solar energy exploitation without the additional use of pumps or regulators for the generation of hot water. With its very low heat loss, considerable amounts of CO2, energy and therefore money can be saved over the whole service life of SOLUS II.

Special stratification technology

A Consolar combination thermal store stands out on account of its special stratification system. Due to its particular water management system ca. 2 - 3 times more water can be heated compared with similar systems without the patented casing. The advantage: the boiler does not need to heat as often and more energy can therefore be saved.

High storage capacity through stratified unloading

The heat capacity of SOLUS II increases above conventional thermal stores, on account of stratified unloading, which results in a less frequent need for additional heating and a greater availability of hot water. Due to the flat design of the solar heat-exchanger the full volume of the thermal store can be used, making it effectively equivalent to a much larger reservoir.

Very low heat loss through the high-performance insulating system

Heat loss is kept at an absolute minimum through insulation. The mirror coating of the tank significantly reduces radiation loss and additional air pockets between the container wall and the insulation increase this effect again. The EPS foam employed has a good insulation value and is ecologically superior to soft and hard PU foams. The specially developed angled connections serve as heat retarders so that the micro circulation and the resulting heat loss at the connection is reduced to a fraction.
