Check valve with metal jumper

Metalstop check valve has been designed with metallic jumper in order to guarantee maximum flow rate with low pressure drops silent operation. The particular geometry of the shutter allows low pressure drops compared to the most common check valves on the market and can be installed horizontal, vertical and oblique.

Suitable for all types of plumbing, heating and pneumatic systems where no plastic components are required. For hot and cold water, compressed air, oils. Available with NBR or FKM (upon request). FKM version is also suitable for applications with non-halogenated hydrocarbons in general (fuel, kerosene etc.) and high temperature.

Version F/F ISO 228 available in the sizes from 1/2" up to 2".

One among these special actuators is MINI-ACTUATOR, which is a quick mounting electric actuator and is equipped with a manual unlock device. MINI-ACTUATOR is characterized by extremely reduced dimensions and can therefore be installed in narrow spaces. It is suitable for 1/2" and 3/4" ball valves and is available with power supply voltages 12V DC,24V AC/DC, 230V AC. Standard version is IP54, but it can also be delivered in IP65 version upon request. UL approved actuator 24 V AC/DC is also available upon request.

Ball valve with integrated filter for collection of the iron powder. Thanks to its peculiar structure, you can have a ball valve, a filter and a system with magnet for iron powder collection in a single product. Available in DN 15 and DN 20.

Standard series, full bore, ISO 228.Perfect low and high pressure sealing. Easy to inspect and easy maintenance. The filter is a stainless steel wire mesh with 0.8 mm (3/4") diameter holes and a magnet with 12,000 GAUSS.

EKO FILTER MAGNET integrates the function of protecting the system from impurities with the normal ON OFF function of a ball valve with the additional function of intercepting ferrous dust. It is very compact and can therefore be installed in narrow spaces where the alternative Y-filter and valves are too bulky, with the addition of a magnet to capture metal parts eventually present in the fluid.
