HerzCON - the all-rounder

With the HerzCON, HERZ Armaturen sets new accents in the field of installation time, ease of installation and installation safety when connecting fan coils.

A complete system unit with multifunctional ball valve block, venting valve, drain valve and strainer has been developed around the proven pressure-independent HERZ 4006 SMART combination valve. All required functionalities such as regulating, controlling, filling, flushing, backflushing, draining, solating and filtering are realized with the HerzCON in one unit. The water vapor diffusion-tight insulating box, which is supplied as standard, predestines the HerzCON for use in cooling systems and, of course, also in heating systems. Eight flow ranges in dimensions DN 15 to DN 32 and the possibility of using antifreeze mixtures complete the wide range of possible applications.

All dimensions have a PN25 pressure rating and the maximum differential pressure is 4 bar or even 6 bar, depending on the dimension. In contrast, a low minimum differential pressure allows the use of small pumps. Thermo-electric actuators or geared motor drives can be attached to the balanced control valve for low positioning forces. The systems can thus be operated in a highly energy-efficient manner. With HERZ you are always on the safe side, because the multifunctional HerzCON system unit is factory-tested and comes with the 5-year HERZ warranty.

HERZ MINI DE LUXE

The MINI thermostatic head from the DE LUXE series is particularly impressive because of its size. At 7.5 cm long and 4.5 cm in diameter, it is one of the smallest thermostatic heads with a hydrosensor. In combination with heating fittings matched to the DE LUXE MINI, the result is a harmonious unit that integrates into any colourful room concept.

HERZ Stainless Steel Manifold - Room Temperature to Feel Good About

The new HERZ stainless steel manifold has been specially developed to meet the requirements of modern surface heating and cooling systems. Thereby the HERZ stainless steel manifold with 3 to 12 heating circuits is perfectly suitable for new buildings as well as for modernization. HERZ flowmeters in versions up to 3 l/min and up to 6 l/min in combination with HERZ thermostatic valves ensure excellent controllability. In combination with HERZ room temperature controls, optimum comfort for customers is ensured.

A seamless drawn special stainless steel profile, precisely machined with state-of-the-art equipment, guarantees the highest functionality and quality. Optional left or right connection with 1" IT as well as equipment with vent valves and fill and drain valves are obligatory. For visual identification of the flow and return manifolds, the handwheel of the fill and drain valve is designed in red for the flow and in blue for the return. Sound-absorbing brackets including mounting material are supplied as standard.
Due to the low installation height of 66 mm, the HERZ stainless steel manifold is ideally suited for installation in drywall. A wide range of HERZ distribution cabinets is available.

HERZ District heating valves

For temperatures up to 150°C and pressures up to 25 bar

District heating valves are installed in house transfer stations in the district heating network on the primary side. The advantage is that the range of use is guaranteed for temperatures up to 150°C and pressures up to 25 bar. This is ensured by special EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene rubber) seals.

The installation dimensions, which are adapted to the market, allow easy installation in existing systems. HERZ district heating valves are tested on the test bench at the TU-Graz and impress with their quality.

For the time being, the valves will be available in dimensions DN15 to DN100. Depending on the dimension, screwed or flanged versions are available. Whether differential pressure regulators
and port valves or PICVs, HERZ offers the right product for every customer requirement.
