COMPACT - System in modular design

Due to the compact design fo the firematic-E 349 - 501 with burning chamber and heat exchanger
module, the insertion and assembly can be done very fast & easy. Even in already existing boiler rooms with limited space, the system offers an optimal solution due to its low and compact design.

FLEXIBLE - Flexible, easy to place and connect

The induced draft fan of the firematic-E 349-501 can be either mounted at the back or on the side (right or left) and is in addition pivotable. The position of the flow and back flow as well as the insertion can be selected on the left or right. Therefore a flexible and easy connection of the system is possible.
The induced draft fan of the firematic-E 249 - 301 is rigidly mounted at the rear.

SIMPLE & SOPHISTICATED - Multifunctional control concept

A multifunctional control concept has been developed with the user-friendly colour-touchdisplay
control. With the "heart" of the boiler, many processes and parameters can be optimally matched.

LOW EMISSIONS - Combustion technology at the highest level

The in-house developed step grate technology, the compact combustion chamber geometry and the standard built-in lambda probe, which controls the air supply as well as the amount of material, result in flexible application options for fuels and lowest emission values.

COMFORTABLE - Automatic combustion & heat exchanger cleaning with automatic ash removal

The combustion chamber as well as the heat exchangers are automatically cleaned and thus kept clean. The automatic ash removal system, which automatically transports the ash into the front ash boxes or, if required, into a larger ash container via central ash discharge, ensures maximum convenience.

pelletstar CONDENSATION 10 - 60 kW - up to 106% efficiency

The HERZ pellet boiler with condensing technology is selling very well due to its innovative technology. The combustion technology at the highest level and the high-quality system components result in an increase in efficiency of the pellet systems as well as very low emission values - according to the motto "increase efficiency, reduce emissions". The water vapor contained in the exhaust gas is cooled down to such an extent that liquid condensate is formed. During this cooling process (liquefaction), heat is released and used for heating purposes, resulting in efficiencies of up to 106%.

The extremely compact plant is the ideal solution for new buildings as well as for modernisation.

Heat can be distributed via a low-temperature system (underfloor heating) or a high-temperature system (radiators). Depending on the requirements, the pelletstar CONDENSATION provides the right temperature, even without a buffer tank. Thanks to the modular design, it is now even easier to install the condensing boilers.

As with all HERZ biomass systems, the lambda probe installed as standard also ensures perfect combustion values for the condensing boiler, even with different fuel qualities.

An indestructible heart made of stainless steel: The entire boiler body as well as the combustion chamber and the heat exchanger are made of stainless steel. The combustion chamber as well as the heat exchangers are cleaned automatically, which means that no manual work is required. In addition, cleaned heat exchanger surfaces ensure consistently high efficiency.

Furthermore, the pelletstar CONDENSATION is available with the usual variety of pellet discharge systems. From discharge by means of a flexible screw to suction systems or the integrated hopper for manual filling: HERZ offers the optimum solution for every space and room situation.
