The Jetvap®-Basic high-pressure system is ideal for use as a humidifier, as well as for adiabatic exhaust air cooling, ventilation and air-conditioning systems.
Highly effective evaporation is achieved due to a constant, optimal spray pattern and the use of an microbacterially inert agglomerator.
Due to a user-friendly design, the agglomerator can be reused over the entire lifetime of the humidifier. Chemical additives such as silver ions, biocides or hydrogen peroxide are not required for operation. All water-conducting components are made of non-corrosive materials such as stainless steel, plastic or ceramic, thus guaranteeing the highest quality!

The hygienic innocuousness was tested by an independent third-party and confirmed through the issuance of the certificate for compliance with VDI 6022-1.

Patented controls – Jetvap® – Modulating

The humidification output is controlled by the integrated frequency converter through the use of an output setting of between 0…100%. Our patented Jetvap® – Modulating control concept serves as the basis for this. The required performance can be delivered either via 0…10 V or alternatively via a Modbus. By modulating the pressure range between 30…70 bar, a control accuracy of ± 0.5 % r.H. can be achieved in the performance range of between 10…100%. In the 0-10% range, a clocked mode of operation is used according to the building management system’s required performance, whereby a control accuracy of approx. ± 7% r.H. can be achieved within the partial load range.
