Netvap®
Description
What continuous-flow water spray humidifiers have in common is that the water volume atomised within the airflow is only slightly greater than the water flow required for the airflow.
The small percentage of unevaporated water is not re-circulated or re-atomised, but is channelled to the wastewater system for discharge.
The humidifier’s injection system therefore constantly operates using fresh water according to the continuous flow principle. The combination of our sophisticated design and the exclusive use of microbially inert materials ensures a continuous hygienic operation.
Our low-pressure Netvap® system is specially designed for use where low humidification rates are required during constant operating conditions.
This system is therefore mainly used in adiabatic exhaust air cooling, whereby installation in the duct with its own post-evaporation unit is possible as well as in direct combination with a heat exchanger.
Netvap® can be adapted to any system size meaning that it is always a humidifier which exactly meets your requirements.
The performance can be optimised by adjustment of a number of the installed valve units and tailored to meet the customer requirements.
This ensures efficient and cost-effective humidification at all times of operation.
Low-pressure humidifiers
- Pressure range: 3 to 5 bar
- Pump type: No separate pump, system pressure from demineralised water mains
- Nozzle type: Swirl nozzle with lock function
- Low cleaning expenses required to ensure compliance with hygienic operating conditions
Feature variants
- Water meter for determining the water loss ratio
- Up to 5 control lines for performance optimisation during partial load mode
Areas of application for continuous-flow spray humidifiers, implemented as low-pressure humidifiers
- Especially economical in the case of slight increases in humidification (0.1 to 1.0 g/kg)
- Adiabatic exhaust air cooling, optional use in combination with customer-side heat exchanger
- Installation into an existing housing of an air ventilation system, empty housing provided by the ventilation unit manufacturer or in an optional stainless steel housing produced by Lavair
