Description
RISING SPINDLE CARTRIDGES
These are the classic cartridges with "T" handle or handwheel suitable for outdoor
taps: they are available with various threads, heights and closing depths, spline,
square T-handle, Handwheel and other connections. Unlike most of the similar articles on the market, our product DOES NOT NEED a stuffing nut in order to achieve a
perfect seal as the internal construction guarantees lubrication of the movement
and smooth rotation over time with no need for maintenance.
NON RISING SPINDLE CARTRIDGES
These are very reliable valves with two O-Rings on the spindle (to ensure tightness),
without a sealed grease chamber (oil bath). They are safe to use even though they
are suitable for economical fittings. In the Z series, the tight washer is assembled in
a cup and secured with a nut, while in the ZT series the tight washer is press-fitted
without a retaining cup. They are available with various threads, heights, closing
depths and with splines, square and special connections
NON RISING SPINDLE GREASE CHAMBER CARTRIDGES
These cartridges have the internal thread lubricated and protected by two O-rings (one on the
spindle and one on the valve) so as to form a sealed watertight chamber where the grease
remains, guaranteeing a reliable longlife. Suitable for high quality fittings, they are available
in different versions: light and heavy, with and without anti-friction washers, with and without
cap thread, with various threads, splines, heights and closing dephts. They are suitable for
passing the tests of the various international approval institutes
SPECIAL CARTRIDGES
These cartridges are manufactured according to customer specifications. The
design is realised upon drawing or sample, allowing an almost unlimited number
of possible solutions. In addition to the different technical specifications and
sizes that can be modified and adapted to the customer's needs, special attention is also paid to heat treatment (annealing) and surface treatments (nickel
plating or chrome plating) that allow us to offer the widest range of solutions.
