Description
Ceiling heating elements of the VH series are produced as frameless glass elements in a sandwich structure.
It consist of a 5 mm thick glazed ESG glass pane, color RAL 9010 white, which is heated on the back by a heating layer that converts electrical energy into heat. The layer is reinforced with glass fibers and embedded in a synthetic mass. The back is thermally insulated and completed by an aluminum cover which also includes the sides. The maximum surface temperature is 190 °C.
Infrared heating elements of the VH series are suitable for mounting on ceiling or can be suspended from the ceiling by using the VZS-VH set. For the commissoning, the heating elements are equipped with a plug on at the cover to match the supplied cable and connection socket. The heating elements are supplied without a Schuko plug on and may only be installed by a specialist.
Local fixed use, for temperating closed rooms with a maximum height of 4 m, preferably in living and working spaces. For ecodesign-compliant operation, these infrared heating elements must be equipped with an external room temperature controlling (see Vitramo room regulator).
