The Insulate HT Bio Board panel is produced with bio soluble wool, which is resistant to elevated temperatures and combined with specific binders.

It is a material with high insulating capacity, able to give stability to all refractory systems and suitable for applications that carry vibrations, mechanical stress, and erosive properties.

SDC 380 is the new special gasket introduced by Athena. It offers a lot of benefits from the combination between silicone rubber and fire-resistant-fibers in terms of low permeability and high resistance to extreme temperatures, ageing and acid condensation.

SDC 380 is specifically suited for special applications up to 300°C, where other standard gaskets cannot guarantee a perfect sealing. Athena R&D Department has a solid know how to provide its customers the best configuration in terms of size, shape and thickness.
