Our robotic loading systems are designed and manufactured according to customer requirements to suit any new or existing transfer machine, assessing the different types, dimensions and weight of the workpieces to be loaded.

Our DRS vision system locates the raw parts accurately for fast and precise loading into the machine(up to 1.5 seconds per part). The parts can be fed with various solutions, including step elevators, tippers, hoppers, bowl feeders, conveyor belts, palletising systems, etc.
