Description
Error management is often underestimated in many companies. However, every mistake offers a valuable opportunity to educate the entire team and point out the correct approach. To fully exploit this potential, it is essential to regularly and systematically record all errors and to train the team on how to do it correctly.
An effective way of doing this is to introduce a monthly “error hour”. During this session, all employees work through interactive learning videos that address typical errors and their correct solutions. They then answer control questions to consolidate what they have learned and check their level of knowledge.
What makes this special is that our AI automatically generates these control questions based on the learning videos. This greatly simplifies and standardizes the creation of learning elements.
These materials are not only useful for existing employees, but can also be used as an important part of the onboarding process for new colleagues. This ensures that knowledge and correct working methods are effectively conveyed from the outset.
