Cleaning system for strongly smelling and with grease polluted air.
The UV-/ozone-modules of the oxytec CKA-system (Clean Kitchen Air) which is installed into the vent hood, consist in UV-light producing photozone lamps, which convert natural oxygen (O2) into ozone (O3). The air is extracted above the cooker and is purified after passing through the grease filter, where organic, fatty and odour producing substances are „burned cold“. The amount of grease in the air extraction systems and the emission of smells into the environment is significantly reduced. Suitable for extractor hoods, ventilation slabs and ducts as well as front cooking systems of any size and for various application areas. Integration into existing equipment is possible without problem.

Effectively destroys bacteria, viruses, yeasts and mold spores in the inlet air.
The suctioned-in outside air is guided inside an air conditioning duct module, across UV-C high performance lamps. These low-pressure lamps (UV-C-lamps) emit UV-C radiation of precisely 253,7 nm – a spectral line that reliably works to kill off germs. This means that microorganisms coming in from the outside are removed and, at the same time, the entire ventilation system is kept sterile.
