Premix burners covered with metal fibre mesh are tried and proven products for premixed combustion.

The fibre covering guarantees efficient thermal protection for the steel base. This prevents thermal deformations and breaking of the burner, thus upping reliability and lifetime of the component and extending its field of use.

Metal fibre is generally employed in large sized, highly performing burners for high modulations, in which the component is subject to greater thermal stress.

For low thermal loads, combustion occurs on the surface and the metal mesh works in radiant mode.

The fibre burners guarantee excellent flame stability across the entire power range, while observing

the strictest European standards of NOx and CO emissions.

connection to the gas valve with male or female connections, ½” Gas or ¾”Gas thread or quick connections

Our range consists of different sizes of single-circuit heat exchangers with PED approval (where applicable). Keeping the external dimensions unchanged, each format can give rise to different variants:

• DM-Water-Water: designed to work at low operating pressure, up to 24 bars. Suitable for district heating and hot water supply.
• DBE-Evaporator: designed to work at an operating pressure of max 49 bars. Suitable for use in high pressure systems like heat pumps and chillers.
• DBC-Condenser: designed to work for the most demanding application, up to 49 bars of operating pressure. Suitable for use as condensers for refrigeration systems and heat pumps.
• DS-Steam-Water: used to transfer large outputs for industrial use (electricity generation, machine drive) or just for heating.

They are made of a defined number of corrugated stainless-steel plates (AISI 316L/304), bonded using thin copper sheets (Cu 99,9%) and brazed in a special vacuum oven. Thanks to this brazing process, heat exchangers are hermetically sealed without using any gasket. This ensures an optimal heat transfer efficiency and pressure resistance.
