NP Dry Low NOx burner

Description

NP burners have been specially designed for application in wall-hung boilers and water heaters in categories B and C that run with any type of combustible gas.

In any event, their flexibility of use allows application on special devices or more in general, wherever it is necessary to use a source of heat powered by gas (for example, coffee roaster, etc.)

The main operating characteristics guarantee:

low emissions in compliance with the current European regulations

low noise levels, compliant to the strictest European standards

efficiency according to 3-star standard for traditional boilers, both open-chamber and sealed chamber

efficiency according to 4-star standard for condensing boilers with recuperator

operation without the need to calibrate the gas valves where smart combustion systems are involved

function on gases of the first, second and third families by changing the injectors, without any air regulation system

This specific construction system allows for the creation of burners:

easily adaptable to any heat exchanger

with different widths, varying the number of elements from a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 20

with different depths, using burner bodies L=157mm or L=140mm

The NP burner is compatible with:

electronic ignition systems, either mono or multiple electrode, that may be positioned either on the plate or on the spacer

ignition system with pilot, that may be positioned either on the plate or on the spacer

NP burners are always equipped with a gas manifold, which may be:

assembled directly on the burner

provided as an accessory

The gas manifold is set up for:

connection to the gas valve with male or female connections, ½” Gas or ¾”Gas thread or quick connections

brackets for positioning the burner in the boiler
