Temperature Limiters

Temperature controls regulate a temperature easily and inexpensive within a fixed temperature range. The Temperature Controls are to be serial connected in the circuit (e. g. heating). The temperature is controlled by automatically switching on/off the heating.

Thermal protectors are used to prevent an exceeding of a fixed temperature. On reaching the switching-off temperature the integrated bimetal disc snaps and cuts-off or closes the circuit. The difference to the Controller is mainly that the Thermal Protectors have a larger differential. Therefore it needs more time until the automatically reset effects.
