Aironn Axial Type Smoke Exhaust Fans

The Aironn Axial Type Smoke Exhaust Fan series is certified for 300°C for 2 hours and 400°C for 2 hours in compliance with EN 12101-3. With adjustable blade angles across diameters ranging from 400 mm to 1600 mm, the series offers a wide performance range, delivering precise flow rates tailored to specific requirements. The performance of these fans has been rigorously tested in accordance with the AMCA 210-07 standard.

Fan Body

The fan bodies are constructed from high-quality, corrosion-resistant, hot-dip galvanized sheet metal. The flanges are self-flanged, formed by bending the body. Both short and long body models are available, ensuring suitability for vertical or horizontal installation. An optional body inspection hatch is also offered.

Fan Blades

Aerodynamic fan blades are manufactured using the ETIAL 171 aluminum alloy through the injection molding process. The blades are statically and dynamically balanced in compliance with ISO 1940/1-2003, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Motor

The fans are equipped with IP 55-rated motors with Class H insulation, available in single-speed or dual-speed options. Single-speed motors can also be used with inverters upon request, offering enhanced operational flexibility.

Electrical Components

An IP 55-rated electrical terminal box made of aluminum is provided as standard.
