Fan Body

Fan Blades

The aerodynamic fan blades, made from ETIAL 171 aluminum alloy, are produced using the injection molding method. They are statically and dynamically balanced in compliance with ISO 1940/1-2003, guaranteeing stability and efficient operation.

Motor

The fans are powered by IP 55-rated motors with Class H insulation, available in both single-speed and dual-speed configurations. For added flexibility, single-speed motors can be adapted for use with inverters upon request. The sliding motor skid design ensures ease of maintenance and serviceability.

Electrical Components

Each unit features an IP 55-rated electrical terminal box, securely housed within the galvanized steel body for enhanced protection and reliability.

Available in diameters ranging from 400 mm to 1250 mm, these fans are equipped with motor-driven folding dampers and 50 mm-thick thermal insulation, effectively preventing heat transfer. The dampers are designed for quick action, opening rapidly when operation is required. With the ability to withstand snow loads of up to 1000 N, the powerful motor ensures reliable performance in all conditions. An integrated switch indicates whether the damper is open or closed.

The fan body is constructed from waterproof stainless galvanized steel, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. On request, the body can be painted in any custom color. The 50 mm thermal insulation minimizes heat loss, even under varying internal and external weather conditions.

The performance of the Hatch Type Axial Smoke Exhaust Fan Series has been rigorously tested in accordance with the AMCA 210-07 standard.
