EASY Pre Insulated Duct

Rigid sandwich panels and Pre-insulated ductwork made from Polyisocyanurate (PIR) or Polyurethane (PUR) foam and laminated on both sides with embossed aluminium foil.

• Materials: Closed cell rigid expanded Polyisocyanurate (PIR) or Polyurethane (PUR), CFC free, density 42 to 48 kg/m3, material physiologically and chemically inert and insoluble, vermin proof, fungus proof, non metabolisable.
• Thermal conductivity : 0.022 W/mK or better.
• Fire resistance:
  • BS 476 Part 6 & 7 : Class 0
  • ASTM E 84 : Class A
• Pressure rating: No relevant modification of insulation, chemical or physical characteristics of the panels to be measurable, when conveying air upto the pressure of 1500 Pascal.
• Temperature range: No relevant reduction of insulation, chemical or physical characteristics of the panels to be measurable, when conveying air in the temperature range of -35°C to +65°C.
• Panel characteristics:
  • Panel thickness: 21 mm or 30 mm
  • Aluminum foil thickness: 80/80 micron or 80/200 micron
  • Foam density: 42 - 48 kg/m3
