At Fisc Italiana we are always evolving to improve ourselves and to make our contribution to increasing awareness and attention to the environment. This is why our attention is increasingly focused on the study of green solutions both in production processes, but above all in the development of products with a very low environmental impact.

This is why in 2022 we obtained, FIRST in Italy in the plumbing fitting pipes' sector, the CERTIFICATION 'Plastic Second Life' from the IPPR institute.

IPPR was the first in Italy and Europe to create this 'eco-label' for recycled plastic materials and products. The aim is to certify materials and products obtained from the recycling of plastic waste and at the same time to introduce two very important concepts: quality and traceability of recycled materials.

The 'Plastics Second Life' label has the important mission of promoting and communicating the recycled content to highlight the great potential of plastics in the realisation of the circular economy.

In 2022, the first step of our certification process. First in Italy in the plumbing fitting pipes' sector, we have obtained PSV certification from INDUSTRIAL WASTE for materials and products derived from industrial waste in the percentage of 70%.

In November this year we doubled! We also obtained PSV certification for recycled material from SEPARATE WASTE COLLECTION for materials and products from polymers derived from separate collection in the percentage of 70%.

Our commitment in the direction of eco-sustainability does not stop here. We will steadily continue our search for green solutions and suppliers to bring us ever closer to a near-zero-emission company. We are developing new products that will reduce water waste in processes and optimising production processes to drastically reduce technical waste. In addition, we are looking for new carton suppliers that will guarantee us products made entirely from recycled materials.

It is the top VERSATILE waste: thanks to its height of only 54 mm, it is the space-saving element, which perfectly fits in every type of sink. Due to its universal shape, it is possible to use screws of different lengths in order to adapt the waste to whatever thickness; from the ceramic sinks one to that of the inox sinks.
Moreover, thanks to its availability in two versions, the space-saving compact waste fulfils several functional needs while reducing its space under the sink: it is possible to combine it to a rectangular or round overflow as well as to a flexible or rigid overflow, while still avoiding any space limit.

Fisc Italiana has always been focusing on raw materials choices as well as on those about suppliers. The Universal waste is produced in high quality polypropylene in the standard version and from last year on, it has been implemented the Plastic Second Life product model.
The company has decided to engage in a better future while contributing consciously to the environment protection: in December 2022, the IIP has certified the 2LIFE product line realised in plastic granules issued from at least the 70% of the industrial waste recycling process.

FISC is even more green with the new range of 2LIFE products.

This new line of siphons and wastes is made of recycled plastic raw material according to Plastic Second Life Certification.

Driven by this focus, our FISC team has decided to be an active company involved in the GREEN PURCHASING & CIRCULAR ECONOMY by transforming an idea into 2LIFE: a new range of high-quality products with excellent performance made of certified recycled plastic raw material.

FISC have designed siphons and wastes in recycled plastic with at least 70% of raw material coming from certified industrial waste, otherwise destined to landfill. Every item has been perfectly developed to minimize the environmental impact, keeping unchanged the high quality standards, the modern design and the market trends that FISC know and aim to satisfy.

The PSV “Plastic Second Life” is an Environmental Product Certification for materials and products coming from the valorization of plastic waste, aimed to promote the concept of quality, traceability and enhancement of industrial waste and recycled materials.

Thanks to 2LIFE products, FISC is the first Italian company in the hydraulic industry to have obtained the Environmental Product Certification “Plastic Second Life”.
