Gebhardt-Stahl Premium-Flange – the result of consistent further development of our existing flange systems. We have created a unique slip-on flange system with a clinched joint and a double-beat.

The Premium 20, Premium 30 and Premium 40 flanges with injected Butyl-sealant fulfil the highest requirements with regard to tightness and easily achieve sealing class D in accordance with DIN EN 1507 (TÜV-Nord certified).

In addition, our Premium-Flanges have another special feature: the torsional rigidity of these flanges is 20 times higher, compared with our conventional slip-on flange. Also, as a result of the clinched joint, an extremely rigid corner chamber is formed, thus the flanges and corners form a rigid unit after being plugged together. The handling and assembly characteristics of the flange frames are positively influenced by the increased stiffness.

The injected Butyl-sealant meets the requirements of VDI 6022, is solvent-free, silicone-free and permanently elastic.

Gebhardt-Stahl pipe clamps are made of galvanised steel in the form of a 2-part screw clamp. All clamps have a welded-on combination nut M8/M10 and allow a good adaptation to pipe tolerances because of the two locking screws. A wide opening angle enables fast and practical assembly. A click-in lock simplifies the assembly for pipe diameters up to 400mm.

For effective acoustic decoupling, our pipe clamps are equipped with an insulation rubber, which of course, is both silicone-free and halogen-free with a temperature resistance of -30°C to +80°C. This offers a wide range of possible applications.

he Gebhardt-Stahl weather louvre 50mm is a variable self-assembly system consisting of lamella, frame profile, matching corners and a lamella carrier.

The modular system makes it possible to produce weather louvres of various dimensions – quickly and easily. The frame covers break edges on the wall breakthrough and ensures a clean wall ending.

Struts/Channel sections

Gebhardt-Stahl channel sections allow for the correct and simple suspension of rectangular ventilation ducts and other pipeline systems. The perforation with round and slotted holes makes the Gebhardt struts versatile.

A great advantage when using struts for suspension of ductwork is the fact that no additional screws or rivets affect the air duct. No additional sealing measures are necessary and the air tightness of the ducts remains unaffected. For best stability and structural values, all channel sections are made from galvanised steel 1.75mm. Load capacity certificate is available upon request.

Suitable insulation rubber for interrupting sound bridges is also available as well as protective caps for reducing the risk of injury from cutting edges. Deviating hole patterns, dimensions and material thicknesses upon request.
