Description

The home ventilation unit with the lowest noise level in its class (up to 64 dB(A) standard sound level difference), the silentAir features optimal sound insulation and airflow. Apart from its good sound protection, any operating noise caused by the fan unit is hardly audible due to the use of sound-absorbing mats. getAir's silentAir fits into any window reveal without a problem. The decentralised home ventilation unit can be installed in an exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS) just 60mm thick. A further advantage of installing the silentAir is its near invisibility.

On account of its smart installation technique, only two components are needed to install the ventilation unit: an insulation element made of patented Neopor® is inserted directly into the window reveal, while an installation cylinder containing the fan unit and ceramic heat exchanger is concealed in a core-drilled hole (just 162 millimetres in diameter) in the outside wall.

getAir presents the next generation of its successful SmartFan product: the SmartFan® Pro BT.
Just in time for its tenth anniversary, getAir is setting new standards in decentralized domestic ventilation with this further development.

Compact, efficient, smart: the highlights of the SmartFan® Pro BT

  • Compact design: With an installation depth of just 205 mm, the SmartFan® Pro BT is the most compact ventilation unit in its class and can be easily integrated into almost any building project.

  • Highly efficient heat recovery: Up to 92 % heat recovery - this reduces heating energy consumption by up to 69 % and ensures a pleasant indoor climate.

  • Patented Infinity Air technology: The unique blade geometry of the specially developed high-performance fan and the heat-retaining plastic offer maximum energy efficiency with power consumption from 1.6 W. The air output is up to 55 m³/h with virtually silent operation from 10 dB(A).

  • Simple installation: Thanks to wireless Bluetooth Mesh radio technology, there is no need for complex cabling. A 162 mm core hole drilled in the outer wall and a 230 V connection are all that is required.

  • Optimum air quality: High-quality pollen and fine dust filters ensure fresh, clean air - ideal for allergy sufferers.

With patented Infinity Air Technology - More living comfort and quick installation

The patented Infinity Air Technology of the SmartFan® Pro BT brings together four independent
technologies – PreTech, VenTech, GripTech, RecoTech – for optimum efficiency, aerodynamics and
sustainability. The serrated, overlapping fan blades, heat-storing plastic and aerodynamic finger guard
are setting new standards in home ventilation systems.

PRETECH
The preheat exchanger is made from a special plastic that stores heat. Aerodynamic air routing optimises the air flow to the heat exchanger.

VENTECH
The fan consists of serrated, overlapping blades. This unique push-pull technology enables large volumes of air to be delivered whilst inherent noise is reduced to a barely perceptible minimum.

GRIPTECH
This is not just a simple finger guard. The material also stores additional heat and its aerodynamic
cross spars minimise pressure loss.

RECOTECH
The high-performance ceramic consists of a very large number of small, honeycomb-shaped
ducts. This makes the surface area larger to maximise heat storage capacity. It also makes the heat exchanger extremely compact.
