The new Adagio collection came stomping at the beginning of 2022, with a design based on organic geometry and divine proportion. Today, it has managed to position itself among the most desired on the market to equip bathrooms, thanks to its great beauty and the technology that its innovative design presents.
To understand the essence of this collection we travel back more than 500 years, when Leonardo da Vinci in his insatiable search for understanding of life and the world around him created one of the most famous and relevant works in the history of Renaissance art: “The Vitruvian Man”, a scientific and graphic study on the proportions of the human body, from which its harmony and beauty are judged. According to Da Vinci, beauty resides in nature, in the organic, and it is possible thanks to symmetry and perfect proportions. To find them in art and architecture, his study is based on mathematical laws.
Following the same purpose as the Renaissance genius, Jordi Soler (CEO of Ramon Soler), together with a team of designers and R&D experts, have managed to find the perfect aesthetic harmony in a tap. Faucet creators for more than 130 years, the firm innovates again by redesigning a classic two-handle faucet with a new concept that maintains its extraordinary charisma. A complete collection with different models in a perfect balance between functionality, aesthetics, and design. It is a new proposal with an innovative spirit where the classic prevails, an architectural soul for contemporary bathrooms.
Thus, Adagio is the result of the fusion between tradition and innovation, the result of Ramon Soler's permanent motivation to achieve outstanding design. In this sense, the firm is aware that eco-sustainable products are increasingly in demand in all areas and specifically, within the construction sector, the inclination points directly to sustainable architecture. To equip those buildings designed with elements that contribute to savings, comfort and durability, Adagio has been designed following an aesthetic concept aligned with the latest trends in tap design and interior decoration, in which they have also incorporated innovations in the field of eco-sustainability, such as water and energy saving systems, the optimization of raw materials or the systems that protect it from wear and corrosion and prolong its life cycle.
Among its innovations, the wide variety of products in the entire series also stands out, which offers a wide range of possibilities for different projects. We find two models of sink faucets with different heights that maintain their proportions: the first is 317mm and the second is 417mm. On the other hand, Adagietto, an exclusive version of wall-mounted basin taps in which the cross-shaped handles are replaced by a 'knob'-type handle with a single lever, in the same sinuous lines.
We also find the model for a countertop washbasin with a two-level spout and an Adagio and Adagietto handle; floor columns for sink and bathtub; faucet sets with bath and shower accessories; and built-in bath-showers with 1 and 2-way single-lever and thermostatic showers, as well as large thermostatic showers with Ultra Slim shower heads. The firm does not neglect the kitchen either and adds an Adagio model for the sink. All of them available in chrome, matt black and brushed gold finishes of high resistance and durability.
