Der Differenzdruckregler EQUIFLUID ist ein dynamisches Abgleichventil, das dank des Zusammenwirkens einer Membran und einer Feder in der Lage ist, auf Druckveränderungen der Anlage zu reagieren. Dabei hält er den Differenzdruck – über den gesamten Heizkreis hinweg – konstant auf dem eingestellten Wert. Diese Funktionsweise ist ideal, wenn es darum geht, Anlagen mit unterschiedlichen Volumenströmen – wie Systeme mit Thermostatventilen, Satellitenmodule oder Verteiler mit Mehrbereichssteuerungen – untereinander ausgeglichen zu halten.

Das dazugehörige Partnerventil ist die perfekte Ergänzung des Differenzdruckreglers, da es die Umwälzmenge ausgleicht, die jeweiligen Druckunterschiede misst, den Versorgungsdruck überträgt und die Strangabsperrung mit Einstellpositionssicherung erlaubt.

Outputs of IVAR stainless steel manifolds are misaligned.
When you rotate 180° one of the two manifolds, you get the outputs misaligned. This feature makes the installation of pipes very simple.

MULTI-PRESS is the IVAR press fitting designed and tested for use with 7 different crimping profiles (BE, B, TH, R, H, F and U). Its body is made of CW617N. Also available upon request is the version with a lead-free copper-silicon alloy or Cuphin® CW724R body, (add the suffix “C” to the code), which conforms to the positive lists of metal materials suitable for applications in contact with drinking water (4 MS Common Composition List and the UBA List defined by the German Federal Environment Agency).
The geometry of the fitting, which was designed to provide optimal coupling between pipe and fitting after pressing and the windows on the bushing flange used to verify that the pipe and two peroxide EPDM O-rings on each end have been inserted properly are all details that help to ensure the applicability and reliability of the product.
Available in a broad range of configurations and sizes from 16/2 to 63/4.5.

The metal parts of the heating system are subject to corrosion effects, which release ferrous impurities into the water. Other impurities may also be present, for example due to limescale, and they tend to accumulate in the system parts with reduced transit sections, causing obstructions, noise or other malfunctions.
Dirtstop® XL combines effective, long-lasting protection with great ease of installation. Its cyclonic insert performs an initial separation of non-ferrous impurities. Subsequently, the action
of the dual neodymium magnet and mesh strainer complete the filtration, which is facilitated by the large available volume for accumulation of impurities.
The connections can be horizontal, vertical, or at 45° and can be used indifferently for entry or exit from the device
Regular cleaning of the dirt separator is a fast and safe procedure which does not require draining down the system.
