Karyer manufactures customized mobile air-conditioner condensers, evaporators and heating coils in any size and capacity according to customer requests. Tube diameters for these type of products are Ø5mm, Ø7mm, 5/16” , 3/8” , 1/2” , 5/8”

We calculate and design products with a specific software. In addition to our standard production with copper tube and aluminum fin, we can also manufacture condensers and evaporators with aluminum tube and aluminum fin.

Karbox closed type condensing units are manufactured to provide a base product for cooling and air-conditioning equipment manufacturers in order to form their own condensing groups. Products are easy to configure, assemble and maintain. The capacities are varying between 4 to 132 kW.

Condensers are designed with optimum tube diameter in order to increase efficiency. The fin distance is varying from 2,1 to 2,5mm. Maximum operation pressure is 28 barg.

Multiple air channels formed by fins generate heat transfer between exhaust and supply air and consequently heat recovery occurs. Even if there are sensible and total energy types, Karyer only manufacture sensible type. There is heat transfer between the two airs but there is no humidity transfer. Exhaust air and supply air are passing through the heat exchanger in a cross form. Supply air and exhaust air locations are close to each other, the two airs get mixed at minor rate and there is no moving part. These are some typical properties of this heat exchanger. Heat recovery, temperature efficiency, both sides air pressure drop and condensed water freezing risk at winter time are calculated in our company with a software developed specially for this purpose. At winter time, humidity in the air condense on the fins of coils. To prevent energy efficiency loss and damage in the exchanger, condensed water should be avoided from freezing. APHE series of plate heat exchangers are certificated by EUROVENT

Fins are aluminum as a standard. Upon request, marine aluminum, industrial precoated epoxy or hydrophilic fins can be also used. Frame can be manufactured from special aluminum profile covers can be manufactured from galvanized sheet metal or aluminum.

The EA model unit coolers, having the range 1,00 – 250,00 kW, are able to satisfy small, medium and large cooling capacity needs. The coils, in unit coolers, are compact in addition to their thermally high efficient performance. Higher models of EA evaporators with Ø500mm fan can be found in EA-HL series. Additionally, we have the EA-G Glycol Cooler range for usage of water/glycol mixture to be used in commercial and industrial cold rooms. The selection of EA-G models can be done by Unit Selector

Unit Coolers are designed with optimum tube diameter in order to increase efficiency. Products can be provided with wide range of fin spacing as 4,20, 7,00, 10,00 mm. In addition to the standard fin spacing range 6,00 and 8,00 mm fin spacing can be provided as an option. Maximum operation pressure is 25 barg
