Mainly, we produce a wide variety of brass alloys and more and more stainless steels.
With standard brass alloys (CW614N, CW617N, CW608N, etc.) to low-lead alloys or potable water-resistant alloys (CW511L, CW724R, CW725R), we generate nearly 90% of sales. Turned parts made of a wide variety of stainless steel alloys are also increasingly being produced for a wide variety of industrial sectors. Aluminum and free-cutting steel complete the selection.
The diameter range extends from Ø 2 mm to Ø 80 mm from the bar. For larger diameters Manometal machined with chuck short disc material.
Due to the diverse machinery, we start with quantities from 100 pieces for sampling and from 500 pieces for serial production. We are also able to produce large series with quantities of more than one million on cam-controlled and CNC-controlled multi-spindle machines.
Then we refine your products with our long-standing electroplating partners, or create your finished product with various purchased additional parts.
