Unico® is a range of heat pumps designed to cool and heat different types of environments with minimal architectural impact, both indoors and outdoors. Outside: no unit, just 2 holes of 200 mm diameter that can be installed wherever it is not possible to place the outdoor unit, even in historic centres. Indoors: a monobloc unit, easy to install and maintain, with reduced overall dimensions.

The range includes models with heating capacities ranging from 1 to 3.2 kW, which can be freely installed in any room, at any height and with no floor space restrictions (even for R290 models).

The Olimpia Splendid range of multipurpose split heat pumps for residential applications features a high energy class and a patented double refrigeration circuit that improves comfort and increases efficiency.

Olimpia Splendid heat pumps allow cooling in summer, heating in winter and domestic hot water production at the same time: a feature that not only avoids interruptions in indoor comfort, but also allows energy to be recovered during summer cooling, thus increasing the efficiency of the system. They can also bring the DHW up to 75°C autonomously, without the need for electric heaters or additional generators. The ability to store hot water at a high temperature in turn avoids the periodic use of anti-legionella cycles and reduces the volume of the storage tank by up to 30% for the same volume of hot water that can be supplied, thus achieving a smaller overall footprint.

Fan coils offer a year-round comfort (heating and cooling) comparable to that of a radiant floor, with lower installation costs and more economical system management in warmer climates.
