OEM-PRO: The wide range of OEM-PRO vessels (shapes, capacity, connection and attachment systems) makes this line satisfy any boilers manufacturer specific requirement. Added to this line are also high quality and compact expansion vessels for the sanitary circuits of boilers.

Technical features: Crimped or welded carbon steel shells. The membrane is made of synthetic SBR rubber according to DIN 4807-3 norm for every capacity therefore maximizing the tank drawdown. Vessels are painted with long-lasting external epoxy-polyester powder coating and are 100% factory-tested.

CAL-PRO are membrane expansion tanks for centralized closed circuits suited to absorb the increased water volume when the temperature in the heating system increases. Produced with an SBR membrane and according to PED norm 2014/68/EU for centralized non potable water heating systems.

SOLAR-PLUS: in the solar circuit, the particularly high temperature requires heat relief. The solar liquid reaches temperatures higher than 392°F. evaporates and can reach the solar station damaging essential parts such as pumps, fittings, gaskets and above all the tank membrane. For SOLAR-PLUS expansion vessels Zilmet has developed ZILAN membrane, that can withstand temperature of 212°F. ZILAN is an high temperature membrane made of synthetic rubber, product of decades of experience in installing Zilmet expansion vessels in solar collector systems. ZILAN synthetic rubber membrane is specifically designed for SOLAR-PLUS expansion vessels.

Zilmet plate heat exchangers are manufactured with plates in AISI 316 L stainless steel or TITANIUM 0,5 mm thick . This kind of material and thickness allows to have a very good transmission coefficient and to assure a great corrosion resistance, even with aggressive fluids.

Zilmet plate heat exchangers are equipped with glued EPDM gaskets, with maximum working temperature 140°C.

Upon request and for particular applications, such as gasoline and oils, plates can be equipped with nitrile (NBR) glued gasket, which maximum working temperature is 110°C.

The frames are manufactured with silver painted carbon steel. The thickness is designed for the respective working pressure. For TITANIUM version, the frames are manufactured with blue painted carbon steel with titanium special connections.

All Zilmet plate heat exchangers are tested before shipment at 1,5 times the maximum working pressure.
