SEMI-RIGID DUCTING SYSTEM HEATPEX ARIA CONNECT
HEATPEX ARIA CONNECT semi-rigid ducting system is a complete solution for single-family houses.
The idea behind the HEATPEX ARIA CONNECT semi-rigid ducting system for air distribution (3 diamiters: 63 mm, 75 mm and 90mm) is to meet the needs of Investors and Installers when it comes to a complete solution for single-family houses. The modular design of the system makes it easy to customise its parts to the specific requirements of any building.
The system components are made of extremely light yet durable plastic material ensuring reliable operation for years, without the risk of mechanical damage or corrosion.
HEATPEX ARIA’s original OneClick technology® enables very fast and convenient installation without the use of tools. Moreover, the system is one of the first on the market to meet the most restrictive ATC1 airtightness class. This ensures low operating costs and, together with the Ultra-Fresh® technology (total bactericidal activity at 99,99%), the highest air quality for the users.

INSULATED MASS FLOW DUCTWORK HEATPEX ARIA ADURO
ARIA ADURO is a system made of a highly insulating material (expanded polystyrene) for mass air transfer to and from HRV unit.
The system has been designed with heat recovery ventilation for single family houses in mind and together with ARIA CONNECT semi-rigid ducting system they provide a complete air distribution system for heat recovery ventilation HEATEPEX ARIA.
VERSATILE SYSTEM - 3 diameters: 125 mm / 160 mm / 200 mm
- ARIA ADURO is offered in 3 most popular diameters. Reducer 125/160/200 with ability to match the system to each of the 3 diameters. ARIA ADURO fits to most of the HRV units available on the market and the dimensions are in line with traditional ventilation equipment. Inner diamensions comply with the EN 1506:2007 standard.
HIGH INSULATION AND AIRTIGHTNESS
- ARIA ADURO is made out of light and durable material with high insulating properties – expanded polystyrene with addition of graphite, resistant to fungi, mold and bacteria. Both the EPS and the added graphite result in increased insulating properties λ=0.029 W/mK when compared to metal ducts insulated with mineral wool. It reduces heat loss and avoids the formation of condensation.
- Material and patented conection system OneClick® along with thought out contstruction of each element resulted in the highest air tightness class – ATC1 according to EN 17192 standard. The result is confirmed by an independent laboratory. This means a three times higher air tightness than in a D class system.
- High airtightness is achieved through a seamless construction of ADURO pipe and a connector with included gasket.
DURABLE AND ULTRA LIGHT- fast and easy installation
- ARIA ADURO system is 9 times lighter than a traditional metal system, which greatly eases the installation. As a result, the setup is 2 times faster than with a round metal ducts.
- Durable and rigid material with smooth interior wall removes the risk of deformation of the duct during installation as well as reduces by half the pressure drop in comparison to flexible preinsulated ducts. This ensures a silent and cheaper operation.
ONECLICK TECHNOLOGY®Proven design
- Thanks to adaptation of OneClick technology® known form ARIA CONNECT air distribution system, connecting ARIA ADURO elements together is faster and easier than ever.
- ARIA ADURO elements are connected by a connector which needs be on slid on two components. Included gasket provides air tight connection, so no additional sealing methods are required.

PRE-INSULATED PIPES DELTA
Heatpex Delta Pipes are pre-insulated flexible pipes dedicated to hot and cold drinking water distribution as well district heating applications. Delta pipes can be also used as a part of industrial (process) and geothermal systems. Delta pipes consist of based on PEX-a or PE100 carrier pipes with PE foam insulation and a corrugated, 2-layer PE-HD casing. Heatpex Delta pipes are manufactured a in accordance to requirements in EN 15632-1 and EN 15632-3 standard.
Heatpex Delta pipes are available in two ranges, PN 6 and PN 10 range, both with single and double carrier pipe, available from 20mm up to 125mm depending on the pipe type. Casing diameter ranges from 110mm to 200 mm, depending on the carrier pipe diameter.
PE foam filling and corrugated polyethylene casing pipe PE-HD makes them flexible and resistant to mechanical damage during installation. Those characteristic helps with avoiding obstacles during routing and makes the whole process faster and less prone to errors.
Insulation layer made of chemically cross-linked polyethylene foam of low air conductivity minimizes heat loss during transfer of medium. Therefore, this solution is energy efficient and pro-ecological
Heatpex Delta pipes are supplemented by wide range of highly durable, dezincification resistant brass couplings and set of specifically designed accessories making Heatpex Delta a complete solution for water distribution.

HEATPEX ARIA VITALE heat recovery unit
Installation speed and simplicity - key features of the new ARIA VITALE heat recovery unit from HEATPEX.
Versatility - 6 installation configurations: 3 different positions (floor, wall and ceiling) and 2 sides - left or right gives each user the freedom to choose the right location and position of installation. Such versatility of construction means both installers and end users do not need to find alternative units should they come across unexpected technical obstacles at building sites. Additionally, our unit requires minimal effort during installation, commissioning and servicing, a feature much appreciated by professional installers.
Efficient and energy saving - the unit is characterised by high-efficiency due to carefully selected high-quality heat exchangers of energy recovery up to 95%. In addition, the automated control unit used includes weekly programming cycles, which offers the possibility of saving up to 30% energy compared to manual operation. Quick main functions on the control panel (pre-defined operating modes), e.g. 'holiday', quickly minimise the unit's operation and provide further savings.
Simple and intuitive controls - the use of intuitive automation allows anyone, regardless of their level of technical knowledge, to control the unit. Simple, clear symbols indicated on the control panel, easy operation have been combined with full programming options via a dedicated myHome app or Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connection, which sets the product apart from competition. Incorporating these two capabilities (Wi-Fi/Bluetooth) into a single automation system allows the installer to prepare and set up the unit via Bluetooth in a building under construction, where a Wi-Fi connection is often not yet available.
The HEATPEX ARIA VITALE unit has been designed in accordance with the Plug-and-Play philosophy. All wiring is pre-installed, including the removable control panel (possibility to install the control panel on the wall), and the control system is pre-configured. As a result, the unit is ready for operation when plugged in.
Ultra silent. High tightness - ARIA VITALE heat recovery unit EPP (expanded polypropylene) casing and front panel have the highest wall thickness on the market (50 mm). This allows the unit to operate quietly, especially at night time. The applied wall thickness, combined with EPP connection stub pipes and the use of locks on the panel, completely removes thermal bridges in the unit, ensuring high tightness. Additionally, the material used in the construction of the unit is characterised by its low weight and high ductility. ARIA VITALE weighs only 27,5 kg, which greatly eases the installation.
Hidden functionalities -The front panel of the unit hides several practical features. Firstly, the slots for changing filters also act as storage compartment for a marker pen and TORX keys. Secondly, a washable glass memo board allows the user to jot down important messages, e.g. the next service or filter replacement dates. Thirdly, the control panel/display unit located on the front is removable, and for the user's convenience, can be moved, for example, to a wall.
Spirit of sustainable design - ARIA VITALE MVHR unit was designed in accordance with the principles of sustainable design. The material used offers the possibility of full recycling. Any additional components used are easily removable, be it for servicing or recycling. The components have been optimised for energy consumption and enhanced energy recovery capabilities, which places them in the group of renewable energy devices. In addition, programmable automation cycles optimise the unit's operation, thereby reducing energy consumption.
