Are you organizing a press conference?

You have the option of organizing press meetings at your exhibition stand. We coordinate the various dates to avoid overlaps and publish your press date without additional costs. We will provide accredited media representatives with a list of press events. You are welcome to find the already booked appointments here.

If you do not wish to host the interview at your exhibition stand, you have the option of booking a room via the team of the room booking department.

Please note: You are responsible for making all preparations, as well as for inviting the press and holding the press conference.

Press compartments in the press centre

We offer you the chance to present company-specific information for journalists at our Press Center (Torhaus, level 4).

The press display units (31x10x31cm) are big enough for A4 pages or alternatively for two units for A3 in landscape format.

We are offering two services in connection with the press display units:

• You bring us your press material on the day before the fair begins (14 March 2027) and we do the rest, i.e., store it, check regularly that there is sufficient material in your display unit(s) and top up as and when necessary.
• We mark the press display unit with your company‘s name and stand number so it is even easier for journalists to find information about your company.

Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH processes the data you provide here in order to process your booking. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(1)(b) GDPR.

Access to your data will only be granted to those bodies that absolutely need it for the purposes stated above. Your data will not be transferred to third countries. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling for the processing purposes listed.

You have the right to information under Article 15, rectification under Article 16, erasure under Article 17, restriction of processing under Article 18 and data portability under Article 20. You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time with effect for the future in accordance with Article 7 (3) GDPR. In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority in accordance with Article 77 GDPR in conjunction with § 19 BDSG.
