Die Track&Trace-Applikationen von HERMOS überwinden die fehlende physische Verknüpfbarkeit durch das Markieren (Drucker oder RFID) und Lesen (Kamera oder RFID-Reader) der gefertigten Produkte direkt an der Produktionsanlage oder innerhalb der Werkslogistikkette. Die ERP/MES-Ebene oder jede andere Zieldatenbank wird über unsere Systemlösung mit physikalisch aggregierten Daten versorgt. Durch die echte physikalische Zuordnung wird Tracking der Produktionsdaten von rein quantitativer Ebene auf eine qualitativer Ebene gehoben. Dies ermöglicht erst die Basis der Produktintegrität.
