Sheet metal punching
Steel plates or coils are mostly transformed with eccentric presses with press forces from10 to 130 tonnes, which are equipped with electronic and pneumatic feeders and straighteners of steel coils. Scissors for cutting stell plates, stell plates straighteners, saws and tool processing machines are also used in the production.
Plastic injection moulding
We use several Kraus Maffeimachines for plastic injectionmoulding. They are computerdrivenand have all the accessoriesfor automatic and highqualitymodification of plastic.
Welding
Welding is carried out byautomatic machine and manualwelding units.
Packing
Our products are packed withthe help of vertical and horizontalpacking machines, whichare supplemented with vibrationfeeding systems and printersof labels and barcodes on theplastic foil.
