FLAIR
The Flair is the basis of a central balanced ventilation system with heat recovery (HRV). This system ensures a balanced supply of fresh air along with the extraction of foul air. The air flows in the unit remain separated (to avoid contamination) with heat being transferred to the incoming air to ensure that the warmth is kept inside, which saves energy. In addition, the Flair is packed with innovations that future-proof it when it comes to performance, compactness, installation & service convenience, completeness, connectivity, expandability and filtering.
Extraordinary performance
The Flair range includes 5 unit variants with maximum ventilation capacities of 225, 325, 400, 450 and 600 m3/h respectively. Its aerodynamic interior design makes the Flair more effective, quieter and considerably more energy-efficient than similar products. The unique constant flow fans, combined with the integrated control system, ensure a perfect balance between incoming and outgoing air. The Flair 450 and 600 are specifically designed for larger homes and projects with strict noise requirements. These units remain extremely quiet, even at higher air volumes, because the innovative design of the Flair 450 and 600 means that much of the noise is eliminated before it leaves the unit.
Compact and flexible
All Flair versions are extremely compact. The Flair 225 really stands out in this respect, and is the perfect choice for apartments and a smart solution for the replacement of existing units. The wide range of versions offers great design flexibility, with the Flair being available as a left-hand and right-hand version with four top connections (4/0). The Flair 325 and 400 are also offered with two connections at the top and two at the bottom (2/2) or with an enthalpy heat exchanger. For every unit an optional Plus PCB is available for even more connection possibilities.
Even more comfortable and healthier
A complete range of accessories is available for the Flair, including a postheater, a mounting support, silencers, air distribution systems and control options. The Flair can be controlled manually, or alternatively be fully automatic based on CO2, time or relative humidity, either for the entire home or individual zones. An even more comfortable and healthier environment can be achieved by combining the Flair with:
- Humidifying. Improve the moisture balance in the house with the Evap or the enthalpy heat exchanger.
- Cleaning. Filter the incoming air using fine dust filters, carbon filters and/or the Pure induct.
- HRV without supply ducts. The Multi Air System is a particularly outstanding solution for existing buildings.

The world is changing all the time. The housing market is under pressure and 'living' requires fresh thinking. This inspires us to find new solutions to today's challenges. Whoever you are, wherever you live.

RENOVENT SKY - heat recovery ventilation(HRV) in compact properties
RENOVENT SKY
HEAT RECOVERY VENTILATION (HRV) IN COMPACT PROPERTIES
THE UNIT
The Renovent Sky is available in ventilation capacities of 150, 200 and 300 (m3/h) and can be fitted to the wall or the ceiling. A Plus model is available in addition to the complete standard model. This has extra connection options for CO2 sensors and a post-heater. The Plus model also has a potential-free input and a 0-10 V input.
SILENT
The metal housing, slowly-rotating fan blades and the low internal resistance all contribute to the low noise level of the Renovent Sky. In addition to the usual flexible silencer, various silencer modules are available especially for the Renovent Sky 150 and 200. These modules are designed to have compact dimensions so that they can be fitted straight to the unit.
Enthalpy exchanger
In wintry conditions, the enthalpy exchanger ensures that a portion of the moisture in the extracted air is transferred to the dry outdoor air supply. This helps to prevent the indoor air drying out excessively. In addition to the model with a standard heat exchanger, the Renovent Sky 300 is available with an enthalpy exchanger. A great advantage of using a ventilation unit with enthalpy exchanger is that no condensation is created. This means that there is no need for a condensation drain. Particularly suited to renovation projects in existing properties, where the Renovent Sky is often used above a false ceiling due to its compact dimensions. The Renovent Sky 150/200 with enthalpy exchanger is available from mid-2025.
Complete range
A complete range of accessories is available for the Renovent Sky, such as the Air Control, 4 position switch, wireless switches and sensors, 2-zone demand-driven operation, Brink Home, air-quality sensors (CO2 and RH), Brink Connect (Modbus), filters, the Pure induct, silencers and various air-distribution systems.
The benefits in a glance
- Highly suited to compact properties due to the dimensions of the unit
- Energy-efficient and low-noise
- Also available with enthalpy exchanger
- Can be fitted to ceiling or wall
- 100% bypass

ENTHALPY EXCHANGER
WHY AN ENTHALPY EXCHANGER?
Ventilation means that a lot of dry air enters your home in winter. Under normal circumstances, moisture is removed along with the foul air. With an enthalpy exchanger, the moisture produced indoors that is created by washing, showering, cooking and breathing is not fully removed from the atmosphere; part of it is transferred to the clean air entering the dwelling. This helps prevent the air in your home from becoming excessively dry.
Particularly dry air indoors may imperceptibly cause, or aggravate, health problems. Low air humidity in your home may also create the conditions for respiratory complaints or a dry cough. Not just people, but also animals, plants and wooden floors, artworks and musical instruments may suffer due to dry air indoors. So it is very important not to entirely expel moisture produced indoors by cooking, washing and showering, for instance. An enthalpy exchanger ensures that a substantial portion of the moisture present is transferred to the filtered air that enters your home. This helps achieve the moisture balance in the air. In the summer months, if the outdoor temperature rises to levels that would be uncomfortable indoors, an enthalpy exchanger ensures that the relative humidity indoors does not rise too high. Heat and moist outdoor air are prevented from entering.
THE BENEFITS AT A GLANCE
- Heat and moisture recovery in a single exchanger
- Increased comfort, plus even more energy savings (25%)
- On average increased humidity of 3 - 5% in your home
- No need to drain condensation
- Integrated in the unit or available as an extra

WIRELESS SWITCHES AND SENSORS
The energy efficiency of heat recovery ventilation systems (HRV) is increasing, yet air exchange in the home costs energy. Sensors and switches are needed to provide an optimum balance between occupant demand and installation efficiency. The new wireless sensors, combined with a Flair HRV unit, now allow you to maintain excellent air in your home automatically. No matter if you are sitting on the couch at home, receiving visitors, taking a shower or spending time away from home, the ventilation setting is automatically adjusted to the current situation. This way you never ventilate too little or too much. This means ample fresh air at all times at the highest energy efficiency. Still prefer to take matters into your own hands? With the new wireless switches, you can. And all that with stylish switches and sensors that blend in with every interior.
Carefree ventilation with CO2 control
Excessive CO2 levels may cause concentration problems and headaches. Ventilation rate control based on the CO2 content in habitable rooms (living room and bedrooms) is often referred to as demand-controlled or demand flow ventilation.
Once the sensor measures a rising CO2 level in a room, the ventilation unit automatically replaces the indoor air with fresh air from outdoors, thus reducing CO2 levels. If the ventilation unit is controlled by one or more CO2 sensors, the air flow rate is based on the highest measured CO2 content.
RH control automatically prevents high humidity
RH means "Relative Humidity" and refers to the relative moisture content in the air. Excessive humidity may cause mould growth. As soon as the RH sensor detects a rapid humidity increase, the ventilation system switches to maximum ventilation mode to carry off the excess moisture. Therefore, an RH sensor is mainly used in humid areas such as the bathroom. When the relative humidity drops again, boost mode is maintained for another 30 minutes and then switches off.
The advantages at a glance
- Simple installation
- Modern design
- Fits all common brands of switchgear
- Switches both battery and mains operated
- Location flexibility
- Battery life at normal use: at least 2 years
