This high performance separator fits neatly into the ceiling grid and is used mainly above deep frying and frying sections. It enables concentrated air capture at the point of origin. By using our high performance separators exhaust air of up to 2400 m³/h per m² can be removed.

The high performance separators are inserted at a sloping angle into the GIF Restaurant System, so that the high amounts of aerosol (separated aerosols) are drained into the integrated collecting trough. This trough can be emptied at regular intervals via an integrated drain trap.

Exhaust and supply air fields lay flush and in one surface across the entire kitchen allowing for a uniform view, with the advantage of only needing a height of minimum 200mm.
This advantage is especially beneficial for low ceiling heights, e.g. in old buildings.

Like all air handling components, the GIF Restaurant System is also, as standard, made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The high performance separators can be easily removed from the ceiling and cleaned in any commercial dishwasher. As a result the collection trough is easy to access and quick to clean.
