In modern HVAC systems, balancing compact design with high performance is essential. IMI’s TA-Nano, the new super compact and lightweight Pressure Independent Balancing and Control Valve (PIBCV) delivering superior performance while fitting seamlessly into tight spaces. With TA-Nano, minimal space won’t stop you from thinking big about energy efficiency.
Compact, Efficient, and Versatile
Replacing the TA-Compact-P, TA-Nano is 44% smaller and 40% lighter, making installation, setup, and adjustments faster and easier. Available in sizes DN10-25, with Low, Normal, and High Flow options, covering flows from 18-2300 l/h at up to 6 bars differential pressure. Its wide range of connection options, including internal and external threads, ensures compatibility with any piping configuration. TA-Nano comes in two versions that offers flexibility for all customer needs:
• TA-Nano – without measuring points.
• TA-Nano Plus – with pressure, temperature and flow measurement ports and the ability to flush.
Durable and Dirt-Resistant
Engineered for reliability, TA-Nano is designed to handle poor water quality, reducing the risk of clogs and maintenance needs. TA-Nano’s robust design incorporates dual membrane technology, combining an inner sensitive membrane with a fiber-reinforced outer membrane. This ensures durability, low pump head, and precise control, even under challenging conditions. Tested to endure over 150,000 cycles, it guarantees long-lasting performance and energy efficiency.
Easy to Install and Adjust
TA-Nano’s compact, lightweight design simplifies installation in tight spaces and features an ergonomic setting wheel for precise flow adjustments. It is compatible with various actuator types, including on/off, modulating, and three-point actuators, and includes color-coded flow indicators for quick identification of Low, Normal, and High Flow settings.

Zeparo Cyclone Max & Zeparo Aero - dirt & microbubbles separators
With the Zeparo Cyclone Max and the Zeparo Aero, new dirt and air separators are being presented under the product brand IMI Pneumatex.
The cyclone separator for dirt and magnetite, Zeparo Cyclone Max, separates up to 95% of dirt particles in a single cycle, thanks to a cyclonic working principle, regardless of particle size, and independent of water flow speed. This makes the Zeparo Cyclone Max the most effective dirt separator on the market, as confirmed by HLK Stuttgart. The device, suitable for heating and cooling systems, protects system components from malfunctions and failures due to dirt deposits. A magnet as an accessory further optimizes magnetite separation and increases effectiveness even for the smallest particles.
In Frankfurt, IMI is showcasing the Zeparo Aero, a separator that effectively separates both micro and macro bubbles in the HVAC system, thereby reducing corrosion and particle release. The device was specifically developed to meet the high demands of large installations, aiming to achieve an air-free system. Thus, it complements the Zeparo Cyclone Max. The automatic vent safely and dryly discharges separated gases. The precision vent valve does not come into contact with dirt or water, even under high pressure.

neo-K - Smart Thermostatic head
Furthermore, the product brand IMI Heimeier presents the new thermostatic head neo-K.
This is equipped with hybrid technology that combines traditional thermostatic precision with advanced electronic functionality. The neo-K is designed to work seamlessly with the neoHub - the gateway for smart building technology - and the IMI Heimeier neoApp, providing precise temperature control and convenient remote access.
The hybrid design ensures consistent thermal comfort, efficient energy consumption, and long battery life, making the neo-K an innovative and reliable choice for modern radiator heating systems. With the IMI Heimeier neoApp, intelligent control of the entire house is possible.
