FAQ on the ISH Designplus Award

The Designplus Award recognizes products and solutions in sanitary, heating and air-conditioning technology that convincingly combine design, innovation, functionality and sustainability.

All exhibitors at ISH 2027 are eligible to participate.

The entry fee is EUR 325 per entry.

The fee covers the organization and execution of the competition, including the award presentation, as well as the evaluation by an independent jury.

For winners, the package also includes communication measures, the award presentation and inclusion in the Guided Tour concept.

For your application, you will need:

  • a product or solution description,
  • information on innovation, functionality and sustainability,
  • informative visual material,
  • technical specifications

The official Call for Entries documents are binding. They will be available from October.

The evaluation is expected to take into account, among other things:

  • degree of innovation
  • design quality
  • functionality and user orientation
  • sustainability and resource efficiency
  • technical quality
  • relevance to the industry

The jury meeting will take place on 11 February 2027. Winners will be informed shortly afterwards. Around mid/end of February, the winners will be announced via a press release, the ISH website and the ISH social media channels.

The winners receive a Designplus Trophy and are recognized at the award presentation at ISH.

The following additional measures are planned:

  • inclusion in the online gallery
  • communication via selected ISH channels
  • special marking in the exhibitor search
  • inclusion in press communications
  • presentation as part of Guided Tours
