Centrifugal Push Pull CPP 60
Description
Centrifugal PushPull 60 – The Revolution in Decentralized Ventilation Technology
MAICO presents the CPP 60, the first push-pull device with an integrated radial fan. The radial fan delivers an impressive airflow of up to 60 m³/h per device. Thanks to the constant airflow, the fan’s performance remains stable regardless of weather conditions or installation location. The CPP 60 also operates whisper-quietly, as the switching noise of a conventional push-pull device is almost entirely eliminated. The CPP 60 is suitable for both new constructions and renovations due to its easy installation. Especially for renovations, the CPP 60 offers a particularly simple solution with a surface-mounted variant. The ceramic heat exchanger of the CPP 60 enables heat recovery of over 80%, ensuring the energy efficiency of the building project and leading to reduced heating costs.
Innovative Functionality
The CPP 60 is the first push-pull device with a built-in radial fan. By using a radial fan, the device is not sensitive to pressure fluctuations. The innovative ventilation flap, combined with a well-thought-out chamber system, ensures a supply and exhaust function with continuous operation of the radial fan. In push-pull operation, the switch from exhaust to supply phase occurs quietly and unobtrusively in a cyclical rhythm. The disturbing ramp-up and ramp-down of other push-pull devices is almost completely eliminated with the CPP 60. An EPP housing and the airflow guidance within the housing itself ensure a naturally high standard sound level difference. In addition to the extremely quiet operation, the CPP 60 can also deliver a constant airflow of up to 60 m³/h in heat recovery mode. Thus, even larger rooms can be ventilated with a ventilation pair according to DIN 1946-6.
Advantages Over Other Ventilation Systems
The CPP 60 offers enormous advantages over other push-pull devices due to its large volume, pressure stability, and constant airflow, as the effective performance in practice is significantly better and not dependent on external influences such as weather. Depending on the design, four CPP 60 devices can replace six comparable push-pull devices. Compared to central ventilation solutions, the CPP 60 offers a comparable, optimal indoor climate at significantly lower investment costs.
Flexible and Practical
The CPP 60 represents a groundbreaking innovation in ventilation technology and offers numerous advantages to end customers, architects, planners, and installers. Craftsmen benefit from the easy surface-mounted installation and the relatively small drill holes of only 140 mm when using the MAICO wall sleeve WW90 and only 95 mm when using a simple HT pipe. The wall thickness is irrelevant. For architects, the flush-mounted set, which will soon be available as an accessory, offers a discreet and unobtrusive design option with the same benefits. End customers benefit from constant air quality, quiet operation, and a convincing price-performance ratio. Additionally, a tool-free filter change ensures the usual MAICO comfort.
Weather Conditions and Installation Location
Due to its pressure stability and constant airflow performance, the performance and heat recovery of the CPP 60 remain unchanged regardless of weather conditions or installation location. This makes the device particularly attractive for high-rise buildings, hotels, or similar buildings where conventional push-pull devices would otherwise struggle with weather- and height-related pressure fluctuations.
What distinguishes our CPP 60 ventilation device:
- Easy installation (core drilling < 140mm)
- Suitable for new construction and renovation
- Surface-mounted and flush-mounted versions
- Heat recovery > 80% through ceramic heat exchanger
- No switching noise, thus pleasantly quiet
- High standard sound level difference
- High airflow consistency
- High pressure stability
- Tool-free filter change
- Optional sensors
- Energy efficiency class A
