The sphere is completely enclosed in its casing. This guarantees the absence of stagnation that would compromise the quality of drinking water. The internal diameter of the sphere has been adapted to the internal diameter of the corresponding tube (PPR or PE100) to ensure low pressure drop.

Valveevolution employs material resistant to many solvents and chemicals and do not require special protection agains oxidation. The chemical inertness of PP and PE against many substances (including salts dissolved in water) and special coating of the brass valve, prevent the formation of fouling, blocking and rust, avoiding anomalies in hydraulic seal and valves maneuverability thus preventing pressure loss, rust and limestone fillings. The excellent weight/volume ratio allows its use in systems with plastic pipe without weighing down the line.
