HEATPEX ARIA VITALE heat recovery unit
Description
Installation speed and simplicity - key features of the new ARIA VITALE heat recovery unit from HEATPEX.
Versatility - 6 installation configurations: 3 different positions (floor, wall and ceiling) and 2 sides - left or right gives each user the freedom to choose the right location and position of installation. Such versatility of construction means both installers and end users do not need to find alternative units should they come across unexpected technical obstacles at building sites. Additionally, our unit requires minimal effort during installation, commissioning and servicing, a feature much appreciated by professional installers.
Efficient and energy saving - the unit is characterised by high-efficiency due to carefully selected high-quality heat exchangers of energy recovery up to 95%. In addition, the automated control unit used includes weekly programming cycles, which offers the possibility of saving up to 30% energy compared to manual operation. Quick main functions on the control panel (pre-defined operating modes), e.g. 'holiday', quickly minimise the unit's operation and provide further savings.
Simple and intuitive controls - the use of intuitive automation allows anyone, regardless of their level of technical knowledge, to control the unit. Simple, clear symbols indicated on the control panel, easy operation have been combined with full programming options via a dedicated myHome app or Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connection, which sets the product apart from competition. Incorporating these two capabilities (Wi-Fi/Bluetooth) into a single automation system allows the installer to prepare and set up the unit via Bluetooth in a building under construction, where a Wi-Fi connection is often not yet available.
The HEATPEX ARIA VITALE unit has been designed in accordance with the Plug-and-Play philosophy. All wiring is pre-installed, including the removable control panel (possibility to install the control panel on the wall), and the control system is pre-configured. As a result, the unit is ready for operation when plugged in.
Ultra silent. High tightness - ARIA VITALE heat recovery unit EPP (expanded polypropylene) casing and front panel have the highest wall thickness on the market (50 mm). This allows the unit to operate quietly, especially at night time. The applied wall thickness, combined with EPP connection stub pipes and the use of locks on the panel, completely removes thermal bridges in the unit, ensuring high tightness. Additionally, the material used in the construction of the unit is characterised by its low weight and high ductility. ARIA VITALE weighs only 27,5 kg, which greatly eases the installation.
Hidden functionalities -The front panel of the unit hides several practical features. Firstly, the slots for changing filters also act as storage compartment for a marker pen and TORX keys. Secondly, a washable glass memo board allows the user to jot down important messages, e.g. the next service or filter replacement dates. Thirdly, the control panel/display unit located on the front is removable, and for the user's convenience, can be moved, for example, to a wall.
Spirit of sustainable design - ARIA VITALE MVHR unit was designed in accordance with the principles of sustainable design. The material used offers the possibility of full recycling. Any additional components used are easily removable, be it for servicing or recycling. The components have been optimised for energy consumption and enhanced energy recovery capabilities, which places them in the group of renewable energy devices. In addition, programmable automation cycles optimise the unit's operation, thereby reducing energy consumption.
