KOMIN-MAX TURBO II chimney systems for boilers
The KOMIN-MAX TURBO II double-wall chimney systems are designed for flue gas discharge from boilers and stoves with a closed combustion chamber and condensing boilers, while supplying combustion air via a concentric duct.
The product is manufactured in a standard diameter range of DN 50/80mm to DN 200/350mm. All components of the system exposed to the flue gas shall be made with 0.4 mm or 0.6 mm thick 1.4404, 1.4521 or 1.4301 stainless-steel sheet. All non-exposed components of the system can be made from 1.4301 or 1.4509 steel sheet.
This chimney system operates at positive pressure. All flue gas discharge duct connections are sealed with silicone gaskets designed to maintain a sufficient operating overpressure and prevent condensate leaks. It is critical that the chimney system assembly allows free drainage of condensate without pooling anywhere along the flue, e.g. on the gaskets.
The air-tight combustion chamber allows installing a boiler in virtually every room without any safety hazards to the people indoor. The double-wall (concentric) system also supplies combustion air to the boiler via the same chimney kit.
